I’m reading Frequency:
the Power of Personal Vibrations by Penney Peirce. This book is a must read
for those who want to raise and align their vibration with the new energy
coming into the planet. It's listed on the December Book list for books that you must read for 2012.
There are so many sections in this book that I could
write about such as: raising your
frequency frees you from negative vibrations; decluttering your personal energy
field raises your frequency; and clearing away other people’s overlays. But
the one that resonates with me the most is-feeling
your home frequency. Your home
frequency is the vibration of your soul that expresses through your body. It is
where you feel safe and able to express who your true self is.
Many times when
I read the energetic language of clients, I see or intuit that their soul is
not fully in the body. They aren’t living in the present moment, but reviving
old hurts and wounds from the past. For some clients, their souls are
fragmented; their chakras are misplaced and they have leaks and holes in their
aura. They aren’t in tune with or vibrating with their home frequency;
therefore, they feel unsafe in this world, feel stuck in life processes and live most of the time in
a flight or fight state. Penney
describes how you need to seek out your home frequency, invite it in and merge
with it. Taking these steps can raise your frequency to live a happier and
healthier life.
You can start with the Truth principle: You’re a
soul with a body. And if you don't understand it, I suggest you
read the update version of Seth and Truth, a short story on www.wattpad.com.
Recently, I recent an email from a fellow traveler on
the road less traveled, Pilar, describing
how she received an email about a new technique for detecting breast cancer.
I’m sharing it with you because Pilar is definitely vibrating in her home
frequency.
Thanks
for your comprehensive e-mail. I knew nothing about thermography... I
personally only had one mammogram in my entire life. For the rest
I simply threw the papers away and not took the tests,
as my belief in
allopathic medicine is very very tiny;
while my
belief in
my breasts (the nourishing
aspect!) is huge!
I
have never believed that I should allow fear to enter my approach to my body
(my holy temple) ...Breasts are for love, not for fear. I also had five perfect
childbirths, three of them at home, operating from love without fear. This
"sacred" approach to life needs to be regained in our present
culture.
I
know I am sort of unique in our present culture in my approach to health and am
inclined to ascribe it to knowledge learned in previous incarnations as an
Essene, for instance. Anyway I believe we all need to regain this basic
trust in God and Life.
My
holistic doctors are yoga, qi gong, meditation, breath work, my Spiritualist
Philosophy and the teachings of Unity, Christian Science, Course of
Miracles etc, etc, some very deep convictions I live by.
Good
health to you all.
*Disclaimer: This is in no way saying that you should
not get breast exams. You must follow your own health care practice and belief system.
Getting in tune with your home frequency and sacred approach to health is about being who you are.
