Calendar Year 2015 is the Divine Number 8

Crop Circle Devizes, UK

Numerology helps us to remember who we are, where we have been, and more importantly, where we are headed. Just in case you aren’t familiar with numerology let me clarify a few facts. In numerology, the calendar year is called a universal year. Numerologists determine the numerical vibration for the calendar year by adding all the numbers, for example, 2+0+1+5=8. Except for Master numbers, (11,22,33,44,etc.) all numbers are reduced to a single digit. Each number is an energy form having its own specific rate of vibration. The Hermetic Law states, everything is in motion. Nothing is at rest. Everything has a vibration.

The year 2015 will be about humanity vibrating with a higher frequency of love and balance. We will be given the choice of staying bound to the material world reality as it is today or choosing a different reality of love and oneness.  It sounds very much like Neo in the Matrix choosing the red pill and awakening to a new reality. For more information about the Consciousness Movement, I suggest you check out some of my past blogs, my book, Path to Truth and Lisa Young's article, Choose Your Reality! Connecting to a New Consciousness.

What makes the number 8 vibration so powerful? Lay the number 8 on its side, and it’s the lemniscate, which most people know as the infinity sign-eternity. Infinity means without limits, which is a perfect description for our minds. We are only limited by our thoughts and beliefs. Spiritual teachers have been telling us for years how to use mental transmutation to vibrate at higher levels of consciousness. Due to superstition and fear of anything metaphysical or spiritual, I fear most people have not been listeningThe new science, Quantum Physics/Mechanics is verifying we live in a mental world, governed by an Infinite Intelligence (God) and the Laws of Nature or Hermetic Principles.
The 8 composed of two zeros, one on top of the other represents degeneration and regeneration. According to the Hermetic Law of Gender, everything is masculine and feminine. The double zeros of an 8 signify the equilibrium between the masculine and feminine energies. 2015 is the year to bring back balance and equilibrium. Men and women are co-creators. The number 8 vibration is associated with the Hermetic Law of Cause and Effect-karma. Nothing happens by chance. Everything happens according to the Law of Nature.  Is the United States the reincarnation of the lost continent of Atlantis? Sounds crazy, I know. But stay with me on this. If this is true, are we following the same destructive path that destroyed Atlantis? The misuse of power by authority figures. Think of all the crisis of the last several years: financial and housing crisis, oil shortages, three wars, inflation, racial tension, etc. The way to prevent this catastrophe is to increase our vibration for the good of all.

Find your individual personal year number and discover how it works with the 8 Universal Year. Add the month, day and universal year together. A quick lesson in learning how to calculate your Life Path and Personal Year Number, using President Barack Obama's birth date of August 4, 1961.

            8+4+1+9+6+1=29/11/2 Life Path

            8+4+2+0+1+5 =20/2 Personal Year Number

For this blog, I am focusing on the Personal Year Number. However, I decided to add President Obama’s Life Path number because it matches his Personal Year Number, indicating an intense and powerful year for him. More than any other year during his time in office and politics, this year will be the most memorable one. The energies favor him in the area of leadership, if he takes the right action in accordance to the Laws of Nature or Hermetic Principles. His strong skill of gentle persuasion, harmony, balance and patience should persevere. He is on the right track, listening to his soul.
Find your Personal year (add the month, day and 2015) and see the major challenge and success below.

What the Bleep Does Neuroplasticity Have to Do With Me?

I became aware of Neuroplasticity when I was involved with, a website that promotes brain wellness by playing scientific brain games. It captured my interest because of my experience with my son, Antoine Aparicio (1984-2001). Anti, as family and friends called him, was born with severe Hydrocephalus, fluid on the brain. While in the womb, fluid had destroyed a region of Anti’s brain called the cerebellum, which plays an important part in motor control and some cognitive functions.  The neonatal physicians and neurosurgeons gave him three months to live, and if he did live past that time, he would be a vegetable.

He lived until he was sixteen and was an extraordinary spiritual being. I write a lot about Anti in my blogs, because his life demonstrated that he was, indeed, a Master teacher. You can read more about Anti’s story in my book, Path to Truth: a Spiritual Memoir.

In the early stages of Anti’s life, I was immersed in the New Thought Movement. One of the basic beliefs of the movement is you can heal yourself with your thoughts. Years before a cure for Tuberculosis was discovered, Myrtle Fillmore, a co-founder of Unity Church, healed herself of this dreadful disease. As I read more healing testimonies, I was convinced that Anti could be healed in spite of the negative prognosis from his neurosurgeons.  Since Anti verbally couldn’t tell me what he was thinking. I relied on his feelings. Was he happy or sad?  As I read his non-verbal cues, I discovered he also read mine. I would recite healing and gratitude affirmations to him as he met  developmental milestones. Now Neuroscientists are confirming that the brain can create new neural pathways and synapses due to changes in behavior, environment, thinking and emotions throughout our lifetime.

The environment plays a big part in our health. We can't access the region of the brain governing creativity when we are trapped in high levels of stress. There is a global Neurological epidemic  happening right now.  Diseases such as Alzheimer and Dementia are starting at younger ages, due to the fast-paced, high-tech, high-stress lifestyles we are living.

This is the time to slow down and become an observer of  our environment by becoming aware of our thoughts and feelings. Thoughts become hardwired programs of the brain and emotions the feelings of the body. They both create reality.  Ancient esoteric teachers  have always stated- focus on what you want and not what you don't want. Now Quantum physicists are saying- wherever you put your attention, energy flows. The message is the same, to think positive thoughts.

The idea is to stop the negative thought before it becomes hardwired into your brain and produce an unwanted energy form. Oh yeah, thoughts are energy waves, waiting for you to notice them so they can materialize.  You can break negative thinking by  shouting out "Stop" in your mind.  I hum the song, Let It Go

So, what the bleep does Neuroplasticity has to do with us? A lot.  The new science is helping us to become aware, understand and learn how to cope with the changing environment of technological stresses.

An Iroquois Prayer for Thanksgiving

Dear readers,

JJ Michael in Crop Circle, Devizes, UK

Thank you for subscribing to my blog and supporting my writing dreams.  May your life be full of coherence, wholeness, love and gratitude.

An Iroquois Prayer:

We return thanks to our mother, the earth, with sustains us. We return thanks to the rivers and streams, which supply us with water. We return thanks to all herbs, which furnish medicines for the cure of our diseases. We return thanks to the corn, and to her sisters, the beans and squash, which give us life. We return thanks to the bushes and trees, which provide us with fruit. We return thanks to the wind, which, moving the air, has banished diseases. We return thanks to the moon and the stars, which have given us their light when the sun was gone. We return thanks to our grandfather He-no, .., who has given to us his rain. We return thanks to the sun, that he has looked upon the earth with a beneficent eye. Lastly, we return thanks to the Great Spirit, in whom is embodied all goodness, and who directs all things for the good of his children.

Can You Use Your Mind to Create Your Reality?

Can you use your mind to create your reality? The answer is yes. We do it all the time, creating a world full of adventures, emotions, challenges, and successes. In the previous blog - It's not Enough to Dream, You Have to Take Action posted on 9/30/14- I ended with a question.  What do you do when your book goes from being on top of the bestseller list to not being on it? The answer to that question is directly related to your state of being.

There are many spiritual and man-made laws governing our world. I wrote about them in my book, Path to Truth: a Spiritual Memoir. Click here. Most people know about the Law of Attraction, pulling to you anything, person or place with a similar energy frequency.  But your negative or positive thoughts and feelings determine the attraction. The Law of Mind states that the thoughts you select with your conscious mind are manifested into form by the action of your subconscious mind.

Recently, I attended the World Congress of Quantum Medicine conference in Hawaii. The discussion by noted scientists and physicians centered around the new science, Quantum physics that confirms what spiritual teachers have been saying for aeons: your thoughts create your world. Dr. Joe Dispenza, author of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Click here, states, "We are part of a vast invisible field of energy, which contains all possible realities and respond to our thoughts ad feelings.

If your creative project is not where you want it to be on the ladder of success, I suggest you observe your thoughts and feelings before you blame outside forces, pay more money to promote your book, or spend a lot of time on social media. There will come a time when you can tweak your promotional plan, but for now start with your thoughts, feelings, and belief patterns.

Three ways you can do this: journaling, talking to a trusted friend or doing mind mapping. I will use all three to look at cognitive behavior, but I especially like mind-mapping. I learn about it from Michael Gelb's book, How to Think Like Leonard da Vinci: Seven Steps to Genius Every DayClick Here.  According to Wikipedia, A mind map is a diagram used to visually organize information. A mind map is often created around a single concept, drawn as an image in the center of a blank landscape page, to which associated representations of ideas such as images, words and parts of words are added. Major ideas are connected directly to the center concept, and other ideas branch out from those. (Wikipedia.rg/wiki/Mind_map)

I use a tree as my center image. My thoughts and feelings are attached to the branches and leaves. I always write the first word or image that comes to mind. Hours or a day later when I review my map, I often see the negative patterns and relationships between thoughts and feelings. It is these toxic, habitual patterns that produce negative results in your reality. For example, if you don't value yourself,  how can you value your creative project? Everything is energy. With a negative feeling about yourself, you are streaming out negative energy touching everything you are involved with.

Mystics and now quantum physicists are saying change your thoughts, change your life. When you change what you think, feel, or do, you can influence an event or situation in your reality.  In the next blog, we will explore this more in depth and learn other strategies to create the reality you desire.

I would like to hear from you. Let me know if these articles are helping you and how you are doing accomplishing your chief aim.

It's Not Enough to Dream, You Have to Take Action

Every journey has a beginning and ending. It's what you do between the start and finish that becomes your legacy. Most of us know our purpose in life. Usually, it's something we have a passion for, and nothing can replace that. Wherever you're on your journey one of the best things you can do is have an action plan to accomplish your goals. It's a powerful tool to get from point A to B.

Before devising your action plan, I recommend that you meditate as the first step. Meditation is not a fad, but a serious tool to help you get in touch with the creative genius within you. Michael Jackson, Albert Einstein, and Carl Jung are just a few who used meditation or quiet time to access their minds to create great works.

I designate quiet time, meaning no phones, computers, or anything or anyone who may distract me from going deep into my consciousness. Anywhere between ten to thirty minutes later I am writing down the thoughts that I received. For my latest book, Secrets and Serpents, I received the message listen to my inner voice for more guidance will be revealed. In a second meditation, I was told to blog about my writing experience as part of my spiritual journey.

Days later, Amazon announced that indie publishers and self-published authors could now do pre-orders for new releases, a privilege once allowed only for traditional publishers. The first major bullet on my action plan was to take advantage of this offer, and the second one was to blog like crazy.

That same day I found an invitation to a free webinar given by Matt Wolfe and Bradley Wills. The topic was learning to blog.  I watched the webinar and learned a lot about the business of blogging. One of the books Matt mentioned was John Locke's book-How I Made 1 Million Selling eBooks. I had already read the book and knew Locke's recommendation to write a killer blog. I used it to launch Five Days of Darkness Book 1 of the Rankin Family series with my blog on psychic abilities and autism. I saw a bump in book sales.

The great thing about an action plan is you have something concrete to evaluate your progress in achieving your chief aim. Three weeks after writing the first blog ( and launching the pre-order site for Secrets and Serpents, I evaluated the process. Secrets and Serpents made Amazon's Hot New Release list and the psychic bestseller list. Did the blog contribute to the success of the book? I like to think it helped. I had a few other promotional events going on at the same time. Nevertheless, the blog helped me to stay focus on my chief aim.

What do you do when you go from being at the top of the bestseller list to not being on it? Find out in next week's blog.

I would like to hear from you. Let me know if these articles are helping you and how your are doing to accomplish your chief aim.

Take This Quantum Jump With Me

I had originally planned to write about my action plan for launching my new book. Then I realized we need to take a quantum jump on this publishing journey that will assist in the stages of planning a promotional action plan. Even with the best action plan things don't always often work because we have some kinks to work out in our personality that act as sabotages. It is not only true for this journey but for most goals we pursue.

The Myers-Briggs Indicator Types of personality test is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. You can read more about the history of the test here- Finding out my personality type help me to understand why I write in the genres of visionary fiction, metaphysics, fantasy, spirituality. I took the Myers-Briggs test years ago but decided to do it again. I received the same results. The four letter code-ENFJ. Yes, that's me. I'm an extrovert, with an intuitive, feeling and judging personality. The test results give a detailed explanation of each coded letter. You can take the test at the following website for free:

As an extrovert, intuitive, feeling and judging personality, I like to take the lead. When I was a young girl during the summer months, I would take all the neighborhood children to the library. I would also hold classroom sessions to discuss the books each one borrowed. ENFJs likes to share their wisdom, teach, and help humanity.

I use the MBIT to help me identify my weaknesses and strengths to reach my chief aim. My strength as an extrovert-a social person-works in my favor in a profession that requires one to promote books in front of large groups of people both online and offline. At book fairs, I would always stand in front of the book table to capture people's attention as they moved around the fair. I always sold out. My weakness is I am too critical of myself and others.

By knowing your personality type, you can also learn how to use your strengths and weaknesses to accomplish your chief aim and devise your action plan in order for your book to land on one of the many bestseller lists.

I would like to hear from you. Let me know if these articles are helping you and how you are doing to accomplish your chief aim.

Five Days of Darkness, the first book in the Rankin Family Series, will be FREE on 9/23 and 9/24. Book 2, Secrets and Serpents, goes live this Tuesday, 9/23.

I appreciate your support. 10% of all book proceeds go to the Hydrocephalus Association in honor of my son, Antoine Aparicio (1984-2001).

5 Key Steps for Psychology of Book Success

You believe that you a great book. It’s your dream. The cover is appealing. The format is perfect, and the story will keep the reader turning the pages. But it’s not selling at the level of being a bestselling book. You promote your book through social media, advertising and even hiring a book marketing promoter. The selling numbers are good, but it doesn't last long. I discovered that a large percentage of promoting books is about the psychology of success.

The psychology of book success starts with knowing what you want. Do you just want to write a book, publish it and tell family and friends about it? Do you want to expand your list to include social media contacts? Do you want to be an Amazon bestselling author and/or New York Times bestselling author? Do you want to be a famous international, rich, successful author? You define what you desire and what success means to you.

Have you ever wondered why a book that you consider a wreck is a bestseller? I guarantee you that if you interviewed the author, he would say he knew what he wanted, and he stayed the course against all odds.

Here’s what I learned. The first step is to write out exactly what you desire. Write a detailed description based on your visualization of what you desire. Be sure to include touchy-feely words.  If you don’t have a Definite Chief Aim, you won’t get the results you want for your writing career. It’s like wanting apples but planting seeds for oranges. Napoleon Hill, the author of several international bestsellers on motivational literature, defines the Definite Chief Aim as a burning desire or a definite purpose in your life. Of course, you can have more than one chief aim.

The second step you must do with your Definite Chief Aim is lock it in your subconscious mind. We manifest everything we desire in the  subconscious mind. Dreams become a reality. Once you have planted it in your subconscious mind, then you can select thoughts that harmonize with your Chief Aim. The thing to remember is your thoughts create your world. By the time, you get to the promotional events for your book you’ll have created an environment based on success.

You have written out your Definite Chief Aim, locked it into your subconscious mind and now you want to place it somewhere you can review it daily or as often as needed to keep you focus. Add a gratitude statement and explain how you will give a service or pay forward.

Set specific times to review your progress and determine what needs to be added, deleted or changed from your Definite Chief Aim. Throughout the years, I have changed my Definite Chief Aim several times based on my emotional, mental and spiritual growth as an individual and gained knowledge of the publishing industry.

Lastly, put an action plan into play to guarantee success. If you follow the above steps, it's not hard to do.  Let me know how you do. I have locked in my Definite Chief Aim for my latest book, Secrets and Serpents. Learn more about my action plan in the next blog.

I'm Like Alice Looking Down the Rabbit Hole But Quantum Jumping

The Golden Ratio
I love writing. By the age of nine, I knew I wanted to write books and share them with others. At that young age, I sent my stories written on lined paper with a number #2 pencil to a  publisher, only to receive a nicely-worded rejection letter. Fast forward a few decades later, I tried again with the same results. Not one to give up, I discovered Publishing on Demand. published my first book, Path to Truth: a Guide to Higher Unconsciousness.*  Veterans in the publishing industry gave me the following advice. First, don’t quite your day job; you won’t make any money in this field. Good luck.
Again fast forward four years later, I had my first novel, Life is Never as It Seems, published in 2005, by Genesis Press. Two years later Genesis published the sequel, It’s Not Over Yet. Nevertheless,  I decided to reinvent my publishing career by letting  go of the literary agent and publisher.  I was free to do what I wanted to do. The publishing industry was undergoing a revolution with Publishing on Demand and eBooks. I became a gate jumper. A gate jumper is one who thinks out of the box and not necessarily follow the established rules of publishing. You can read about how I made the shift to become a gate jumper in my 2009 blog: I'm a Gate Jumper:Rethinking the Publishing Industry.
It worked for me. I self-published my third book-Secrets Unraveled. ( It became an Amazon bestseller for over three years. I do believe you can accumulate money in the publishing industry as a writer, especially now with the eBook and Amazon changing the publishing landscape. My daughter, Michelle Carey’s first book, Church Chick, ( published by Sunrai Multimedia, LLC., has done extremely well. She is a quantum jumper.
By now you may be wondering what quantum jumping is and what does it have to do with the publishing industry. Quantum jumping is based on the principle of Quantum Physics that if we observe something it becomes real for us. When you quantum jump, you envision what you desire in your world by imagining, feeling  and acting as if you already have what you desire. Mathew Cross, author of The Divine Code of Da Vinci, Fibonacci, Einstein & You and Millionaire’s Map, stated in Personal Transformation - The Secret Power of Chaos.( “By letting our imagination soar through ideal scenarios and feeling them as if they are "real" - in the present tense - we set the stage for miracles in our lives.”  You also set the stage for the Law of Attraction to kick in and like a magnet, it pulls to you what you’re focusing on.
As I prepare to launch my latest novel, Secrets and Serpents, ( I decided to blog about the quantum jumping process I am using to reach my chief aim-goal- of making my book more visible to the world. You can have a great book, but if no one knows about it, the book doesn’t sell or sell as well as you want.  I already know quantum principles work from my life experiences. Blogging about it is a technique to keep me focus on my goal. Additionally, I want to share the process with you. These quantum steps will work in any area of your life.
