Love is a Mountain Spring Retreat

Dear Readers,

I'm really pleased to introduce you to Mozella Perry Ademiluyi and her exciting Love Is A Mountain company (LIAM). I encourage you to visit http://www.loveisamountain.com/mountainmuse.html to learn more.  Make sure you click on Retreats at the top of the page. LIAM presents Seasonal Scenic Retreats four times a year during which Mozella is joined by guest facilitators who offer adventurous vistas from which to explore and express self while experiencing guided connections into our natural world. I am happy to announce that I will be a guest facilitator for the upcoming spring retreat. (See below) It is said that direct exposure to nature provides an opportunity to navigate the waters of intentional change and to better understand the importance of connecting our mind, body, and spirit with the seasonal cycles of our natural world. Mozella's retreats are extraordinary because they create warm, inspiring and safe spaces especially designed for "global women" to relax, renew and engage in intentional conversations™.
I feel that you would truly enjoy the upcoming retreat described below.  Please take a look and join us for the upcoming spring retreat.

JOIN US FOR THE NEXT LIAM RETREAT: "WALKING YOUR PATH"
Our upcoming spring retreat, entitled "Walking Your Path", will be held at the scenic Bon Secours Spiritual Center in Marriotsville, Maryland - May 26-27. It will provide a wonderful opportunity for you to pause and refuel ... we don't do it enough. I know you know this and that's why we're here for you with another exciting exploration and adventure into self, stillness and intentional conversation™. Using the ancient, powerful tool and symbol of the labyrinth, we will focus on three primary areas: intention, creativity and passion! A labyrinth consists of eight concentric circles with one way in and the same way out - it's not a maze, you cannot get lost. It is a form of centering that welcomes introspection, emotional healing, prayer and creative thinking. Additionally, our amazing retreat facility has an enchanting Peace Garden, and pond as well as relaxing hiking trails that will add to your well-being during your special time away from it all. We encourage you to make your reservation now since there are limited spaces available in order to ensure a tranquil opportunity for you. For more information, please go to www.loveisamountain.com or email us at info@loveisamountain.com.
