2012-What's in the Numbers?

A few months ago, a young client asked me if the world was coming to an end on December 21, 2012. She had read about the End Times on the Net. She stated she didn’t want the world to come to an end because she had so many things she wanted to do in this lifetime. Bravo for her!  I encouraged her to continue visualizing and using the power of  her thoughts to create a reality full of love, harmony and balance.

If you’re a seeker of truth you know that the date December 21, 2012 is a big thing in the spiritual community. Most of us have been waiting forever to see what this date has to offer. There is a proliferation of books, movies, videos, lectures about what might happen on December 21, 2012. I’m not talking about the End Times that my client was referring to, but about all the metaphysical prophecies from the ending of the Mayan calendar to the Hindu Yugas., one of my favorite websites, does a terrific job in giving a basic explanation of these 2012 prophecies.

Truthfully, we don’t know what is going to happen on December 21, 2012. We might have a big blast of energy or an energy wave that might gently grace our Earth. However, I do believe that humankind is evolving to a higher spiritual level and that the year 2012 plays a significant part in the transformation of human consciousness.

As an intuitive numerologist, I look at the year 2012 from the numerical perspective. In numerology, we add all numbers together, except Master numbers, to get to a single digit number. For example, the calendar year 2+0+1+2 equals a 5, Universal energy year. We must look at the influence of the 5 Universal energy on the collective consciousness of all living life.

The meaning of the vibration 5 is regeneration brought about through change that often happens because of challenges and upheaval. This will be a year that humankind will be restless to the point that change will be inevitable. We have already seen this energy in action through Arab Spring and in nature-- the Japanese earthquake.

In the Tarot Card Deck, the major Arcana card 5 is the Hierophant, the teacher of spiritual knowledge. Don’t be surprised if a spiritual figure emerges this year that unites people globally.

The 5 vibration has always been considered the number representing humankind because of the physical aspects of 5 fingers, 5 toes, 5 senses and the five stages of life. The number 5 has always been associated with magic and mysticism. Metaphysics and spiritual truth will flow big-time into mainstream, causing many to shift from their conventional beliefs. Unfortunately, the fear energy will wag its ugly head, causing a negative energy to flow in the Universe. We will think we are in the era of witch hunts, but love and truth will prevail.
2012 is a year where communication and travel will be important. The Internet via social media will play a significant role in the transformation of human consciousness. More people will travel to sacred sites around the world. And we will have to protect many of the sites from being desecrated and destroyed by those who wish to suppress the Truth. Recently in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo many ancient treasurers were destroyed or looted.

Expect surprises during the general election as the 5 Universal energy will make the campaign tremulous and unconventional. This election symbolically will stand for the battle between Left and the Right. Both will be fighting for control of collective human consciousness. Nevertheless, the soul essence of human consciousness is protected by the pentagram, a five pointed star, and is on a course that will not allow any group to control it at this point in the evolutionary process. Humanity no longer wants the old traditional politics as usual and will demand truth and equality for all.

Two important dates happen in December of this year--12.12.2012 and 12. 21.2012. Many will also read these dates as 12.12.12 and 12.21.12, which changes the numerical value. I like to include all the digits to get an accurate picture of the energetic message.

Adding 1+2+2+1+2+0+1+2, we get an 11, symbolically meaning new beginnings and altruism. Faith Javane, author of Master Numbers Cycles of Divine Order, states, “When the forces of the Eleven become fully operative in people, they have the power to change their environments, to create new conditions, to build new bodies and new lives, all in harmony with the Divine Image in whose likeness they were fashioned in the beginning.” Additionally, the 11 vibration will offer humankind the opportunity to understand the spiritualization of life and to develop compassion for all life.

According to Jose Arguelles, decoder of the Mayan Calendar and initiator of the 1987 Harmonic Convergence, the date 12.21.12 is when humanity will reach the Omega point of consciousness unification ( The above video is part one of a seven part lecture series of Jose Arguelles and his 2012 predictions. I encourage you to take the time to view the series. It will open your eyes. For those of you who don't known, Jose Arguelles made his transition in 2011. His beliefs mirrors the energy of the 11 vibration, the ending of an old reality and the opening of a portal to a new one.

What does this mean for you? You’re part of the collective consciousness. You can start now to read the signs of nature as well as return to living in harmony with nature and others. One of the most powerful things you can do is to learn mental control by working with the Law of Mind and other Hermetic Laws This year will see an increase of our pyschic abilities, especially telepathy. For many this will be unsettling to read one’s thoughts or have someone to read yours. There will be no lies. Telepathy is a skill that goes along with higher dimensional energy. We are simply moving from one stage of reality to another. One way to help this process along is to become a seeker of truth and know that you’re an interplanetary interdimensional traveler. There are no limits and that’s the lesson of 2012 or the 5 Universal energy.

Science of Getting Rich

Due to the dire global economic conditions, I'm reposting this blog on the science of getting rich.  We all need reminders to keep us focus on seeing the glass running over with abundance.

When the book, The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne hit the bestseller list little did the readers know that it was based on The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles, a teacher of the New Thought Movement. If you are serious about building a prosperity consciousness, you’ll want to study Wattles’ book for an expanded version of not only the Law of Attraction but other principles and laws that show you how to manifest your desires. You can find free copies on the Net to download, if you don't want to purchase it.

Wattles' language is archaic, but move pass that and focus on the several principles he offers in the book. They ring true even in today’s chaotic economic times. Here’s a paraphrase version of the major principles of the book with my comments:

1. Man can form things with his thoughts.
Your thoughts are energy forms and what you habitually focus on you create a form for it based on the Laws of the Universe. Most things are already in existence. What you are doing is letting the Universe know what you desire, and by putting your attention on it, you are then vibrating on the wavelength of that desire. The Law of Attraction will kick in.

2. Man must pass from the competitive to the creative mind.
The Creator is always creative and never competitive in Spirit. The Universe is limitless. Worrying, watching, obsessing and criticizing what others have is misplaced energy; this type of thinking keeps your desires from manifesting. Stay focus on what you desire.

3. Acknowledge your blessings.
To build an empire you need to start at the base of the pyramid and work your way up. Create a Gratitude Book to build on your blessings. Every day take time to write out at least ten things you’re grateful for. Try doing this for forty days. Forty is the number for  manifestation. The Zero represents God and the four stands for foundation.

4. Form a clear and definite mental image of what you desire.
This should be number one on your list, because if you don’t know what you want neither does the universe. Set your intentions. The key words in this principle are clear and definite. May sure your mental thoughts and your emotional feelings are in alignment.

5. Contemplate frequently on your vision
Get a clear mental picture of your desire and keep it continually in your mind. Don’t lose sight of it no matter what adversities you might face. Affirmations are good to keep you focus on your vision. Create them and post them around your house and office, if you can. In your Gratitude Notebook gives thanks for the manifestation of your dream as if it's already done. The Law of attraction will pull to you what you put your attention on.

6. You can only receive what you can perceive.
You may want to be a millionaire, but if you don’t have a consciousness for it, you won’t be able to achieve or maintain it. A great game to play is the money pyramid. Starting with a $100 you must spend all of it in one day. Add a zero to the 100 every day until you reach a million. Each day you must spend that amount of money. This game will teach you a lot about how you think about money and how you manage your money.

Building a prosperity consciousness  is not an overnight process. You have to work at it. I find that most people don’t stick to the plan to achieving their goals because they are stuck in old belief patterns. After a few days or weeks, they fall back into their original financial club. Challenge yourself for the next forty days to change your financial life. There are plenty of books and other aids to help you. If you really want to change then start with your consciousness.

A New Movie and an Old Book for the Holidays

A movie that you might want to put on your list to see this winter -The Way  starting Martin Sheen and directed by his son Emilio Estevez- had a short viewing in movie house in October and November. You can purchase the DVD on  Martin Sheen plays Tom, an American doctor who comes to St. Jean Pied de Port, France to collect the remains of his adult son (played by Emilio Estevez), killed in the Pyrenees in a storm while walking the Camino de Santiago, also known as The Way of Saint James. Rather than return home, Tom decides to embark on the historical pilgrimage to honor his son's desire to finish the journey. What Tom doesn't plan on is the profound impact the journey will have on him and his "California Bubble Life.

Sounds familiar? You may want to read The Camino: a Journey of the Spirit by Shirley MacLaine (2000). She actually walked the Camino de Santiago in thirty days at a rate of twenty miles per day. Her book is about the many grueling challenges she faced on the journey and the spiritual insight she gained. What a courageous woman. But as you might know from her first book, Out on a Limb, she is one who thinks out of the box and follows her spirits.  I thought about how I followed my spirit to walk in crop circles in the southern part of England and how it changed my life. I would have to think deeply about walking the Camino de Santiago. Right now the crop circles and the Chartres labyrinth in France are calling me. And I have to answer that call. What’s calling your spirit?   What if we are already superhuman but our thoughts have created a false identity that we actually believe we are merely human?  What i we are already superhu
