National Poetry Month

National Poetry Month is a celebration of poetry first introduced in 1996 by the Academy of American Poets as a way to increase awareness and appreciation of poetry in the United States. It is celebrated every April in the United States. Throughout this month I will be posting poetry, so come back and enjoy the wonderful poetry of local and national poets.

Living
Oh, what a beautiful thing.
I didn’t know how blessed I was until I woke hearing the birds chirp,
Seeing the sun rising and smelling the lilies blooming.
Oh, what a beautiful thing
I didn’t know how blessed I was until I felt the warm heart beats of the
Ones I love and walked in the shoes of my neighbors and friends.
Oh, what a beautiful thing.
I didn’t know how blessed I was until I stretched my mind
To see beyond the ordinary and reach out for the unattainable.
Oh, what a beautiful thing,
I didn’t know how blessed I was until I released the shackles
That bound my mind that kept my body in bondage.
Oh, what a beautiful thing----Life

When the world seems to be blowing apart
while I'm outside in a crowd, on the bus, riding in the car from one place
to another, watching the aggravation and discourtesy and plain meanness
of folks, I put the key into our front door, open it and
there is pure and simple beauty and peace. It's as if this old house, that
has been the epicenter of our lives, has warm arms that embrace with
goodness, kindness, love - and I am, at last, home!
I sit in the rocker facing the door and marvel at the comfort and pleasures
of this house and all of the pitter-patters, the laughter, the tears, happiness
and joys, the memories it holds and I am whole again.
I believe loving, growing, guiding and teaching goes on as long as we all
live. . .and beyond. It's impossible to tell you how absolutely miraculous
it is to have you to love, to grow with, to teach (as you, still, teach us) and
to guide you (you oftentimes guide us). Jackie Gleason said it succinctly,
"how sweet it is!"
We have been privileged to see, firsthand, the amazing power of the hu-
man spirit as we've watched you struggle desperately to live good lives
and to be successful in your diverse careers. What a wonder!
I want to thank you for choosing us as your parents (it, indeed, I believe,
was your choice) and know that we did our very best, enjoying the many
moments we shared together in this old house filled with Memories.

Numerology 333 --End of March Creative Madness

For the month of March, I have been doing a series of blogs called Creative Madness.  Four dates of this month--3, 12, 21, and 30-- all stand out. They total 333 when you add the month, date and year together (Please read previous blogs). Each of these dates has a special message. March 3 was about recognizing who you are---a creative child of the universe. March 12 was about perfecting your skills. For March 21, the message was embrace self-confidence. March 30 is especially powerful because the zero represents the God Force, and gives you the energy to go forward with any creative endeavor. 30 is the vibration of retrospection and being fully engaged in the present month to get rid of whatever is not working for you.  Putting all the above messages together is the key to rewarding results. Use the vibratory energy of the 3 to help you with your creativity all year long.

Excerpt from Secret Unraveled:

Prologue
Winter 1982, Washington, DC
Three years ago, I wanted to die when my father died.
My daughter, Lindy, and her satanic worshipers, killed him. There was no reason for me to live except to avenge his death. When I tried to get justice, my husband and many of the church members turned against me. They called me crazy. I became a prisoner in my own home as my husband controlled everything I did or said. The voice of God had deserted me and the voice of the devil became my ally.
Margaret’s hand quivered as she wrote in her notebook about the dreadful events that had led to the present moment. Thoughts floated in and out of consciousness, making it difficult for her to write them down. She leaned back into the rocking chair and gently rocked back and forth, letting the swaying of the chair comfort her frail nerves.
Reaching into the pocket of her beige satin robe, she pulled out a lace handkerchief and cried softly into it not wanting to awaken her husband, the great Reverend Alan Pierce, who slept across the hall in the bedroom she no longer shared with him.
Margaret stood up and tightened the belt of the satin robe around her thick body. The twenty pounds she’d gained had made its way to her waistline. She walked a few steps down the darkened hallway to the bathroom, and peeped out of the bathroom window; the street was quiet and dark.
She reached into the pocket of the robe and pulled out the medicine bottle that she kept close. Thorazine, take one a day. It was prescribed to her by Dr. Stan Higgs, Head of the Psychiatry Department of D.C. General Hospital.  He’d told her and Alan the medicine would calm her nerves and prevent delusions.
“But I am not delusional,” she’d tried telling them.
“But this voice that you hear,” Alan said to her, “you talk back to it. And, quite frankly, Margaret, half the time you’re not in your right mind. Everyone in the church is talking about your bizarre behavior. Take the medicine or you know what.” He’d given her a stern look.
Fear of what Alan might do, she took the pills and kept her therapy appointments with Dr. Higgs. Months passed and she began to feel better. The voice that had been in her life forever, which no one else could hear but her, was gone. She’d begged Dr. Higgs to take her off the medication.
“I don’t need it any more.”
“You think you don’t but you do.”
“I feel fine.”
“That’s because you’re taking the Thorazine. Your time is up for today anyway.” He turned his back to her.
Distraught by Dr. Higgs’ condescending attitude toward her, Margaret decided that day to take things into her own hands. She purposely missed taking her medication.  Then she heard the voice again. At first, it was faint; she had to strain to hear it. But, as the days passed and she continued not taking her pills, the voice became clearer.
Trust me; don’t take it. The voice spoke sweetly to her.
“But, if Alan finds out, he’s going to commit me to an insane asylum or disgrace me in front of the world.”
Listen to me; I’ll guide you.
And it had led her to where she now stood in front of the toilet bowl with her medicine in her hand.

Stress Management and Mindfulness Meditation

A year ago I attended a class on Stress Management by the Penn Program for Stress Management http://www.pennmedicine.org/stress/. One of the first statements the instructor made was he can’t guarantee that the program will lower blood pressure, alleviate anxiety and stress or all the other wonderful things that participants have stated happened to them. Like the instructor I can’t tell you how, but I know it works. I do mindfulness mediation every day and have noticed that along with eating right, exercising and meditation my stress level has lowered. I also attend the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) a spiritual community teaching and practicing Vipassana mediation. Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India’s most ancient techniques of mediation. It was rediscovered by Gautama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for illnesses.
In the Stress Management class we were told to purchase Jon Kabat-Zinn’s book Full Catastrophe Living-Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain and Illness. This is one of my favorite books. I read sections of it the other day as I was feeling anxious about the release of my new book, Secrets Unraveled. I was worried that I couldn’t handle all that I needed to do for the release and promotion of the book. In Full Catastrophe Living, Kabat-Zinn states that no matter what circumstance we may face in life, we need to believe in ourselves enough to know that we can deal with the situation, and we don’t have to judge it or ourselves.  The key is to be aware of how you feel or what’s going on in your body. At that moment, I knew everything was in divine order as the song, Don’t Stop Believing, by the group Journey blasted from my iPod.

Zero-Point Energy Wand--The Jury is In.

It has been five days since I used the Zero Point Energy Wand to heal my sinuses, alleviate the pain in my neck and upper and lower back from hunching over a computer for several hours a day. But the wand doesn’t heal. How could I have forgotten that very important fact? It’s a wand, but it’s not magical.
The Amega Global company states very clearly as I have mentioned in previous blogs that the wand doesn’t heal. It is made up of a special combination of granulated minerals, processed using their own proprietary technology, AMized Fusion Technology, to resonate at zero-point energy. The Zero Point Energy Wand reminds the cells of the body they are perfect and healthy, creating healing.
And that’s exactly what it has done for me. It has helped me work on old attached mental stories about my body. For instance, I have a belief that every time the weather changes, I get a sinus headache or congestion. This week the weather changed from warm to windy, rainy and cool. Of course, I had problems with my sinuses. But something different happened this time to me. Instead of getting emotionally and totally stressed with the sinuses, I remained calm and visualized the perfection of the cells in body--knowing that they are intelligent and know how to heal my body. I also was acutely aware of the belief triggering the physical pain and began to release that belief and replace it with the following affirmation—my cells are perfect and by body is healthy, whole and strong.
Some of us will heal instantly, others it will take time. It depends on our life stories and how deeply those stories and beliefs are entrenched in our consciousness.  The Zero Point Energy Wand does act as a reminder to the body of its perfection. Do I plan to purchase one? Yes, because I would like to work with it over a period of time to find out more about zero-point energy. This is not an endorsement for the Amega Global or their products. If you want more information about the wand go to the website http://www.eamega.com/Web/subs/lib/pdf/AMWand_usa.pdf or you may contact Reverend James Artemus at j_artemus@yahoo.com

The Bridge to Understanding

Has spring really sprung or is this a teaser of what is to come? I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and walk in my favorite garden that has a labyrinth. After a very harsh winter, I was really looking forward to soaking up some natural vitamin D and just being in nature.
To reach the labyrinth, I had to leave the main path and cross over a small bridge. Upon approaching the bridge, I noticed that the old one had been recently replaced. On the wooden handrail was a plaque that said, The Bridge to Understanding.
With that thought in mind, I walked the labyrinth thinking about my latest concern—aging. I’m often told that I don’t look my age, a baby boomer, at least twenty years younger. Nevertheless, my body, mind and spirit tell me something totally different with a new ache in the body or several new gray stands of hair. Where did they come from so fast? It seemed like yesterday I was the young girl riding my bike and letting the wind blow through my long thick, black hair. And now I can’t turn on the TV without noticing the increasing amount of advertisements dealing with anti-aging. Do I really want to go against the natural changes occurring in my body and consciousness?
Halfway through the walk, my inner voice reminded me that wherever I am in life is where I am supposed to be. It’s all part of the cycle of life of change. The faster I can accept that truth, the better life will be. The answer to my question about aging---I want to age gracefully by doing what’s healthy and best for my body, mind and spirit and not get caught up in this anti-aging fad. We can be healthy and look beautiful no matter what age we are, if we take care of ourselves. I do have to confess, I have great genes. My father, who is 85yrs old, looks twenty years younger also.
I finished my walk, and as I approached the Bridge to Understanding, I was grateful for the insight I had received.

Zero Point Energy Wand--The Jury is Still Out on This One

I’m so excited. My friend James and his wife, Vicky are on their way to my house from Jersey to demonstrate the Zero Point Energy Wand. Since receiving it a couple of weeks ago from Amega Global that manufactures the wand and other similar products, they have been using it on friends and family members. The testimonies have all been positive.
I wrote about the Zero Point Energy Wand and what the company claims that it could do in my February 24, 2010 blog. I recommend that if you’re new to the concept of Zero point energy you read that blog. I’m not one into fads or quick solutions, so I wanted to experience the wand for myself.
Let me state that Amega Global doesn’t claim it can heal.  They state that their wand is made up of a special combination of granulated minerals, processed using their own proprietary technology, AMized Fusion Technology, to resonate at zero-point energy. The Zero Point Energy Wand reminds the cells they are perfect and healthy, creating healing.  This is the same concept of Spiritual Mind Healing except that you use mind control to remind the cells of their perfection.
James could hardly get into the house before he was handing me the wand. He knows how sensitive I’m to energy and wanted to know what I felt holding the silver pen sized wand. Nothing. However, within the hour of handling the wand, I felt a strong energy field in the room. Later I learned that the energy is very subtle and not something that jumps out at you.
I decided to test the wand on Vicky. First I checked whether her chakras or energy centers were opened using my own crystal dowsing rod. Her third chakra was closed; I also picked up that her right side was blocked. Vicky informed me that she had seizures that affected that side of her body. She had been using the wands for a couple of weeks and told me she was in less pain and felt generally better but still had some health issues.
Instead of my usual way of laying of the hands to heal, I used the wand according to the Amega Global’s instructions. Pointing the wand at the area that required healing, I moved it clockwise several times. The instructions say you can do 3 to 18 of these movements. Checking Vicky’s chakras again, not only was the third chakra opened, but her energy field had expanded.
I used the wand on my sinuses, neck and arm, upper and lower back. How do I feel? My congestion and the pain in my body are gone, and I didn’t have to take any medication for my sinuses. I also charged a few of my crystals that I used for healing. I’m not an expert on Zero Point Energy and would welcome others to let me know what they think or have experienced using the wand.
I promised James and Vicky that I would let them know how I am doing in a few days. So, check back to get the results because the jury is still out on this one.

March 21, 2010 Creative Madness and Spring Vernal Equinox

Another creative power day is fast approaching—March 21, 2010.  It has a double significance because the spring or vernal equinox occurs on the 20th   or 21. This happens when the sun crosses directly over the Earth’s equator. In ancient times, people celebrated this day because it represented the return of the harvest. In Christianity, Easter always falls on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox. The first day of spring is also the beginning of the Persian New Year celebration, called Nowruz of Zoroastrianism, which last for 13 days. The Great Sphinx, one of the world’s oldest statues was built by the ancient Egyptians according to the position of the sun, especially the vernal equinox.
Astronomy aside, this month is all about creative madness. For a quick review of the dates covered in previous blogs: March 3, 2010, and March 12, 2010, each adds up to 333=9, and offers insight to enhance one’s creativity. 3/3/2010 was about recognizing who you are---a creative child of the universe. 3/12/2010 was about gaining knowledge and the expertise for any creative endeavors.
For March 21, the message is be willing to let go of sensitivity and embrace self-confidence on the path of creativity. There are many outside forces as well as one’s own self-doubts that can stop creative endeavors.  Although each date offers its own unique message, our job is to blend them together and see the whole picture. A creative child of the universe who takes the steps needed to know his or her craft and have self-confidence to see the project through to final victory. The vibration 21 in the Tarot deck is pictured as the “The Universe” promising victory and success.

St. Patrick's Day and Irish Roots

My daughter, Michelle, has Irish roots. She actually can trace her ancestors on her father’s side of the family back to Ireland. I asked her if she was going to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and her response was, “Isn’t this the day people party and get drunk, I’m not really into that. I don’t know anything about the significance of the day.”
I couldn’t pass up this opportunity to share my recently acquired knowledge about the patron saint.  St. Patrick is one of Christianity’s well-known figures and the patron saint of Ireland. He, like Joan of Arc, had also heard a voice, which he believed was God that told him to leave Ireland after a long stay in captivity.  In a second vision he saw an angel that told him to return to Ireland as a missionary. After his ordination as a priest, he returned to Ireland to minister to Christians already living there and convent the Irish still practicing paganism. There is the misconception that St. Patrick introduced Christianity to Ireland.
Just when I was getting ready to go into a long spill on all the accomplishments credited to St. Patrick, Michelle stopped me.
“Mom, what is Druidism and didn’t it flourish in Ireland?”
“Yes it did,” but before I could fully answer her question, she chimed in.
“I might wear green tomorrow, but I’ll be celebrating the freedom to worship the Divine, Nature, creativity and the arts.”
“You just gave a perfect description of Druidism a Nature-based spirituality.” I responded not surprised. After all, she was raised in a metaphysical/spiritual environment.
Then she replied, “What I really want to know it about leprechauns, the little people?”
“Leprechauns have nothing to do with St. Patrick’s Day. They are a part of the Celtic folktales that people believed in fairies, tiny men and women who could use their magical powers to serve good or evil. So you better wear your green on March 17th,” I told her.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone and the freedom to worship as you please.

Alice in Wonderland is it Really for Children?

I have been debating whether or not to go see the movie, Alice in Wonderland, in 3D. It might be too much stimuli for my brain and vision. I will probably go, because of all the metaphysical and philosophical thoughts in the book, Alice in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll.

Carroll was very much a student of Greek Philosophy and embraced *Plato’s Theory of Form. Carroll believed in the existence of non-beings, which is a major theme in the book. In many of Alice’s dialogues with others, she is confronted with the existence of non-beings. For instance, the Cheshire cat’s grin continues to exist once the cat has disappeared. Carroll believed that the grin is just a Platonic Form-a nonmaterial being which has real existence.

You have heard the expression, if the walls could talk. Well, I don’t think walls can talk, but the energy that accumulates in those spaces can tell someone who is highly sensitive to energy a lot about the people and environment. The energy is still there until it is cleaned out. I seriously thought about this concept of nonmaterial beings having existence and knew from my own psychic experiences—yes it’s true.

I am still in awe that this is a children’s book. There are references to the *Pythagorean number theory. Carroll believed that a number is what gives a soul an identity. This makes perfect sense to me. Having done quite a few numerology charts, I can ascertain an individual’s life story from his birth number. Numbers come alive for me when I live in their world.

Carroll also believed that numbers and time are real entities. I have no problem accepting the concept that numbers are energy forms. As I mentioned I have worked with them enough to have seen some pretty amazing things. Now for time, my biggest problem is accepting it and understanding its nature. I’m, like most people, caught up in viewing time as how much I can get done and not as a nonmaterial being that I can work with. Alice in Wonderland teaches us that we have to look beyond the physical for the answers to the questions of life and reality. This requires taping into our intuition and imagination to learn from nonmaterial beings. I think I’m going to work with Father/Mother time as a non-material being and see what I can learn.

Now I’m sounding like Lewis Carroll, so I better check out the movie time at my local theater. Although in this present movie, Alice is now 19 years old, I’m wondering what Hollywood has done to this classic.

*Plato’s Theory of Form or Ideas asserts that non-material abstract-- but substantial or ideas, and not the material world of change known to us through sensation-- possesses the highest and most fundamental kind of reality.

*Pythagorean Number Theory-All is number. All things of the universe have a numerical attribute that uniquely describes them.

March Creative Madness

I know it’s March madness, but it’s also the month of creative madness. This month offers such a powerful creative energy surge for those who know how to tap into it. Although the first surge occurred March 3, we are given three more chances to be in tune with this creative energy: March, 12, 21, and 30. Each of these dates adds up to 333=9, and each offers a message to enhancer creativity. March 3 was about recognizing who you are---a creative child of the universe. (See March 3 blog)
March 12 is all about taking the necessary steps for improvement through learning. The vibration 1 symbolizes the teacher and the 2-- the student. If you are blocked, pay attention to what skills or education you might need to help you accomplish your creative goal. Today, I plan to take the time and learn how to operate Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 on my new laptop; both have given me technical challenges, creating frustrating writing times. It can be something as simple as that. Let the 12 energy open new creative pathways for you.

Facts about the number 12:

12 is symbolic of the creation of the universe

12 zodiac signs

12 months of the year

12 tribes of Israel

12 apostles

12 gates in Heaven

12 powers of man

12 angels

Part II Interview with Dr. Judith Orloff

When and how did you get involved with medicine? While working in Thelma’s lab I had an amazingly specific dream which announced, “You’re going to become an MD, a psychiatrist, to help legitimize intuition in medicine.” The last thing I envisioned doing was medicine. But because I was beginning to trust my intuition, I enrolled in a junior college just to see how it would go. So one course became two, became fourteen years of medical training--USC medical school and a UCLA psychiatric internship and residency.

Did you use your intuition doing your medical training? The irony was that during my medical training, I strayed far from the intuitive world again. Traditional psychiatry equates visions with psychosis. Working in the UCLA emergency room, I’d keep seeing psychotics who were wheeled in screaming, strapped to gurneys, accompanied by cops with billy clubs. These patients professed to hear God and to be able predict things. They also felt their food was poisoned, and that the FBI was on their tail. No one tried to sort through this mishmash of claims. Typically, patients would shoot up with Thorazine, hospitalized on lock-down inpatient units until their “symptoms” subsided. Seeing this so many times I doubted whether it was safe or appropriate to integrate my intuitions in medicine.

So what made you change your mind? In my private practice, I had a patient on antidepressants. I had an intuitive thought that she was going to make a suicide attempt. Because she was doing so well--nothing supported my hunch--I dismissed it. Within a week, she overdosed on the antidepressants I’d prescribed and ended up in a coma for nearly a month. (Had she not survived I would’ve been devastated.) The hardest part, though, was that I thought I’d harmed her by not utilizing a vital piece of intuitive information. This was intolerable for me. From then on, I knew, as a responsible physician, I had to integrate my intuition into my work.

Any words of wisdom for the reader? These days, no matter what I’m going through, especially when my heart is torn in a million pieces my intuition has sustained me. I hope that my journey in my book “Second Sight” can help you. One thing I’m certain of: if you follow your intuitive voice, you can’t go wrong. Stay true to it. Intuition is about empowerment, not having to conform to someone else’s notion of who you should be. It’s about being true to yourself, and all the goodness that comes from that.

Interview with Intuitive Expert and Psychiatrist-Dr. Judith Orloff

You probably have heard a number of times the saying, “If you have your health, you have your wealth.” Of course, we know that’s true. You can’t live a quality life, if you are spending most of your time in doctor’s offices, hospitals, or a large portion of your money is going toward medical bills and medication. Having been one of those people who practically lived in hospitals, not for myself, but for my disabled son, I know from experience what it means to seek and practice alternative healing methods and combine them with traditional practices. I am fortunate to have as a guest, Dr. Judith Orloff MD, a psychiatrist and intuition expert. She is the author of the new book Second Sight (Three River Press 2010) and Emotional Freedom: Liberate Yourself From Negative Emotions and Transform Your Life (Harmony Books, 2009) Her other bestsellers are Positive Energy, Intuitive Healing, and Second Sight. Dr. Orloff synthesizes the pearls of traditional medicine with cutting edge knowledge of intuition, energy and spirituality. She passionately believes that the future of medicine involves integrating all this wisdom to achieve emotional freedom and total wellness. For more information visit www.drjudithorloff.com

What do you do as a medical intuitive? With patients and in workshops, I listen with my intellect and my intuition, a potent inner wisdom that goes beyond the literal. I experience it as a flash of insight, a gut feeling, a hunch, a dream. By blending intuition with orthodox medical knowledge I can offer my patients and workshop participants the best of both worlds.

When did you first know that you had this intuitive gift? I grew up in Beverly Hills the only daughter of two-physician parents with twenty-five physicians in my family. From age nine, I had dreams and intuitions that would come true. I could predict illness, earthquakes, even the suicide of one of my parent’s friends.

How did your parents react to your gift? This confused and alarmed me, as it did my parents who were entrenched in the hard-core rational world of science. At first they tried to write my intuitions off as coincidence. Finally, though, after I dreamed my mother’s mentor would lose a political election--which to my horror, came true--she took me aside and told me, “Never mention another dream or intuition in our house again!” I’ll never forget the look in my dear mother’s exasperated, frightened eyes, nothing I ever wanted to see again. So from that day on, I kept my intuitions to myself. I grew up ashamed of my abilities, sure there was something wrong with me.

In Second Sight you talk about a pivotal point in your young life, could you tell the reader what happened? In the sixties I got heavily involved with drugs in an attempt to block my intuitions out—not something I’m recommending to you! Following a nearly fatal car accident at age sixteen when I tumbled over a treacherous 1500 foot cliff in Malibu Canyon, my parents forced me to see a psychiatrist. This man was the first person who ever “saw” me--not who he wanted me to be, but who I was. He taught me to begin to value the gift of intuition, and referred me to Dr. Thelma Moss, an intuition researcher at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. She was to become my mentor and guide to developing my intuitive side.

Part II of Dr. Orloff's interview will be posted on 3/10/10.

Are you Intuitive?

Are you intuitive? I’m asking that question, but I already know the answer. Of course, you are. You’re born with the ability to sense, see, smell, hear and intuit information beyond this physical reality. It is the best kept secret in the world. Just like we only use a very small percentage of the brain, the same goes for the intuitive faculty. Imagine what this world would be like, if we used our intuition to diagnose our own health problems and healed them, made career choices based on our intuition and not money, selected our mates according to our sense of knowing the person on a soul level, and knew if someone was telling the truth or distorting facts. How powerful is that? Next week’s blog will feature, Dr. Judith Orloff, M.D., a psychiatrist and intuition expert. She is the author of the new book, Second Sight: An Intuitive Psychiatrist Tells Her Extraordinary Story and Shows You How to Tap Your Own Inner Wisdom (Paperback-Three River Press edition). You won’t want to miss this interview as Dr. Orloff talks about her unique journey from being an intuitive child to become a renowned psychiatrist who came out of the “intuitive closet” to defy medical taboos.

March 3, 2010 is a Triple Number-- 333

Today, March 3, 2010, is a triple number--333 in the science of numerology. You may wonder how your life is affected by this phenomenon. Number vibrations give insights to those on the path of self-discovery and they unlock the mysteries of the universe. To understand numerical vibrations is to understand how to live your life in alignment with the universe and all living beings.

The base number for 333 is the divine 3. 3 is the vibration of communication, idealism, creative ideas, self-expression, and is ruled by the planet Jupiter. It represents the creative principle and the trinities such as: beginning, middle, and end; past, present, future; length, width, height; birth, life, death; and the Holy Trinity--Father, Mother and Son. A strong aspect of the 3 energy is its association with the 3rd charka located in the area of the solar plexus. It is the chakra that deals with power or powerlessness, low or high self-esteem and positive or negative emotions.

I love triple numbers because they add power to the base number, and they offer a variety of information and unlock esoteric knowledge. Those born on March 3, 12, 21, and 30 are seekers of the truth and will not settle for anything else whether it in a friendship, career, religion or love affair. An intense year for those who have 3’s in prominent places on their name and birth charts. If you’re a writer, keep your pen and paper near by because creative ideas will flow like a rain shower. Sci-fi, fantasy, supernatural writers, and screen writers will create unusual books and films.  Those in advertisement and public relations should also do well this year in creating high tech ads.  The key words are imagination and visualization. Use both of them to create or manifest what you desire. The arts will dominate this year with new and extraordinary talent being discovered. I can only say enjoy the wonderful ride this vibration is bringing to you. Lastly, the 333 is a higher octave of the mystery number 9, bringing finality to the creative principle. Happy triple 333 day.

Earthquakes and The Global Coherence Initiative

My intuitive antennae are clamoring for attention, something is happening in the world. Are the global  catastrophic weather events sending us messages that we need to take an energetic look at those events?  I'm specifically talking about  the 7.0 magnitude earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12, 2010; the gigantic iceberg break from the Mertz Glacier in the Antarctica; and the recent 8.8 magnitude earthquake of Chile.

Many of you will argue that those climate occurrences are not related, and it's nothing unusual to have these things to happen. In my world, everything is connected and there is a reason for every event. Perhaps the message is about humanity being separated from one another, creating broken links in many societies and in the world. Isn't that the same thing that earthquakes do? They disconnect people from one another, and destroy societies. Are earthquakes in syn with our human consciousness of not caring about each other and the Earth? Has the world gone crazy with power and control over others? I ask all of these questions because scientists are now saying that the earth's magnetic field is affected by our positive and negative thoughts and emotions.

The Global Coherence Initiative, www.Glcoherence.org, works to repair those broken links. It is a science-based initiative uniting millions of people in heart-focused care and intention, to shift global consciousness from instability and discord to balance, cooperation and enduring peace.

You can go to the Global Coherence Initiative and observe through their advance sensing technology--the Global Coherence Monitoring System(GCMS)--the changes in the earth's magnetic field and test the hypothesis that the earth's field is affected by mass human emotion, positive or negative.

Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, stop for a few seconds and put your hands on your heart and let the love of your heart flow out into the world. It only take 1% of humanity to make a difference in the world. You can become a Change Agent for humanity and the Earth by during the above exercise everyday.
